Behind BroconPack is a dedicated team of packaging specialists, led primarily by Claus Tiefenthaler, Founder and CEO, and Eliane Hofmann, Managing Partner. Together, they coordinate an international network of development, production, and logistics partners, ensuring that every packaging solution is delivered efficiently, flexibly, and to the highest quality standards, tailored to the individual requirements of each client.

Claus Tiefenthaler brings more than 30 years of experience in the packaging industry and international trade. Over 20 years ago, he founded BroconPack and has since built a global network of trusted, long-standing partnerships. His background in packaging engineering, combined with extensive market expertise and a strong commitment to quality, enables us to successfully realise even the most demanding packaging projects.

Eliane Hofmann contributes more than 20 years of experience in marketing and sales for international retail and consumer goods brands. Having spent several years in China, she is fluent in Chinese and possesses strong intercultural expertise, enabling seamless collaboration between European clients and international manufacturing partners. Her deep understanding of brand management, customer needs, production processes, and communication ensures productive, transparent, and successful project execution.
